Overview
Moretrench Industrial is looking for an experienced Project Administrator based out of our Bartow, FL office.
Responsibilities
Assist with accounting functions at the project site.
Collect and process paperwork verifying for accuracy.
Communicate daily with the project field personnel.
Communicate with vendors and clients.
Create opportunities as given from field.
Create Job Start Notice (JSN) as requested by field/PO from client.
Create JSN for PO change orders.
Track and enter payroll (PR) hours in Groundworks (GW).
Track and enter equipment hours in GW.
Survey Time/Equipment and Transport Time/Equipment to be added to timesheets.
Review and approve AP invoices in GW workflow, and contact vendor if invoice is incorrect or missing.
Create PO requisitions and submit to vendors – store in project folder in server when returned with signature.
Receive on PO’s once verified with field and track POs to increase/close.
Create IC billing sheets as needed.
Create billing roll-ups.
Track billing to PO’s – total amount and material amounts for Field Glass PO’s.
Client reports if needed and/or client system data entry if needed.
Audit project to ensure all materials were billed.
WIP reports

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have previous experience performing the responsibilities detailed above preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Sharepoint required
A High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting or general administration preferred but not required
Previous construction project experience preferred but not required
Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
